Portrush Hotel Scoping Study- Executive Summary

As part of the wider regeneration plans for Portrush and to help the Department for Communities establish the need for a hotel in the town, the Department commissioned a hotel scoping study in 2015. The findings of this study have  now been  completed and are set out in the Executive Summary below.
