£500 Recognition Payment for Supporting People and Homelessness Sector Staff - screening

The Communities Minister gave a Direction for officials to put a process in place for staff working within the Supporting People and Homelessness sectors to receive an offer of a one-off £500 recognition payment, similar to that being made to medical and health care staff, for their work during the Covid-19 pandemic. Housing Executive, as the Department’s delivery partner, will be responsible for carrying out Section 75 screening on the detail and implementation of this policy.
