The Pensions (2005 Order) (Disclosure of Restricted Information by the Pensions Regulator) (Amendment of Specified Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 - screening

The proposed Statutory Rule , the Pensions (2005 Order) (Disclosure of Restricted Information by the Pensions Regulator) (Amendment of Specified Persons) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022, amends Schedule 3 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 to enable the Pensions Regulator (TPR) to disclose restricted information to the Money and Pensions Service (“MaPS”) to facilitate MaPS in its governance of the pensions dashboards digital architecture and oversight of its use as per its functions under the Pensions Dashboards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022 (‘the Dashboards Regulations’).
