The Regulatory Framework applies to all Registered Housing Associations (RHAs) registered and regulated within Northern Ireland under Article 4 (1) (c) of The Housing (Northern Ireland) Order 1992. The purpose of the Regulatory Framework is to protect the interests of tenants, homeless people and people who use the services provided by RHAs. It is effective from 01 April 2024.Supporting advice notes providing guidance in relation to Housing Regulation.
