Data Revision 10 June 2019: Subsequent to publication on 29 May 2019, an issue with duplicate data was discovered, leading to a higher number of reported PIP clearances than actually occurred. This impacted the information on pages 1, 3 - 4 (Clearances figures and Clearance times) and pages 7- 8 (DLA to PIP Reassessment outcomes) in the publication and tables 2 - 9 (Clearance figures and Award outcomes) and 16 - 21 (DLA to PIP Reassessment outcomes) of the accompanying PIP Supplementary Tables document. The problem was resolved by removing the duplicates and re-running the analysis. This revision published on 10 June 2019 includes the corrections for each of the impacted figures and charts.
