The Northern Ireland Housing Statistics report is an annual compendium of statistics containing information on a range of areas relating to housing.
The report is divided into sections covering: supply, energy, social renting demand, private renting demand, owner occupier demand and household characteristics.
Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin
The Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin is a quarterly bulletin containing information on Social Housing Development Programme (SHDP) housing starts and completions, social housing demand, homelessness, and new house sales and prices from the National House Building Council (NHBC).
Northern Ireland Homelessness Bulletin
The Northern Ireland Homelessness bulletin is a biannual publication which contains information on a range of areas relating to homelessness. The report is currently divided into three sections which are: Homeless Presenters; Homeless Acceptances; and Temporary Accommodation. Homelessness figures presented in this report can be read in conjunction with those published in the quarterly Northern Ireland Housing Bulletin.
Energy rating of housing in Northern Ireland
This is an Official Statistics in Development publication which will be produced each year. This publication uses data from Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) to provide information on: energy rating, carbon dioxide emissions and heating fuel types for dwellings with a valid EPC for Northern Ireland.
